If you have suffered violence or a criminal offense, you are not alone.

Violence and criminal offenses can leave serious emotional, psychological, and physical consequences. Fear, shame, anxiety, or confusion after what you have experienced are normal reactions. What happened is not your fault, and you have the right to receive help.

At crisis centers, victims of violence and crime can receive safe, confidential, and professional support that helps them regain a sense of security, stability, and awareness of their inner resources. Here you can receive support from specialists and, if necessary, a safe environment where you can recover and feel protected.

Help is also available if you are currently finding it difficult to make a decision or talk about what has happened.
